What products are available?

Our store offers skincare, body and hair care, makeup, curated sets, and related personal-care accessories. Each product page shows the current specifications, directions, and cautions where applicable.

Is shipping free?

Checkout displays any free or paid option available for the order and destination.

What delivery timing should I expect?

Orders normally need 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item that is not defective?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, a customer may request a return by mail or an exchange for a change of mind, personal preference, or an item selected incorrectly. Non-defective merchandise must still be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, labels, and accessories.

What are the return costs?

A prepaid return label is included in the package and is free. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How are damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items handled?

Send the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and, when requested, photographs or video of the merchandise and packaging. Wait for authorization before mailing anything.

When will an approved refund be processed?

We process it to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. An exchange is subject to stock availability.

The currently available choices are the ones displayed for the specific order at checkout and remain subject to authorization.
