Payment Policy

An order is processed only after a payment attempt is successfully authorized. The currently available payment options are the ones displayed for the specific order during checkout; we do not promise that every option will be available for every customer, device, or order.

Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification. Customers must submit accurate billing and contact information. A high-risk, incomplete, declined, or unverifiable transaction may be delayed or cancelled. We do not retain full payment-card numbers on our page.

Questions about a declined payment, chargeback, dispute, temporary authorization hold, or currency conversion should normally be directed to the issuing financial institution. When a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method, and the provider controls posting time.
