Shipping Policy

We ship eligible orders to destinations offered during checkout. Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing before they leave our facility. Transit is commonly estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch, but this estimate is not a guarantee.

Any free-shipping option, charge, service level, or geographic restriction is determined by the checkout for the specific order. Customers must provide a complete delivery address, an active email address, and a reachable telephone number. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete details.

Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Weather, holidays, customs reviews, service disruptions, and other events outside our control can extend delivery. If tracking shows no movement, a parcel appears lost, or a delivered parcel cannot be located, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue so that we can review the carrier record.

Visible transit damage should be documented promptly with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Certain locations, products, or addresses may not qualify for delivery. Please provide the order number and checkout email when asking about an order.
