Refund Policy

Returns are available for both defective and non-defective merchandise, and an exchange may also be requested. A non-defective return can cover a change of mind, a personal preference, or an item chosen by mistake. We also assist when an order arrives damaged, has a defect, contains the wrong item, is missing an item, or differs materially from its description.

Every return must involve a new item that remains unused and in its original condition. Original packaging, labels, and all included accessories must remain with the merchandise. The request window lasts 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin, provide the order number, checkout email, and a short explanation. For damage, a defect, an incorrect item, or a missing item, we may require photographs or video of the merchandise and packaging. Do not mail a return until authorization and instructions have been issued.

Authorized returns are completed by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package and is free to use. No restocking fee applies. Exchange fulfillment depends on current inventory.

Once a refund is approved, we send it to the original payment method and process it within 10 days. A financial institution may need additional time to post the credit after processing.
